Shipping costs and delivery information

Orders that are ready for dispatch are shipped with our shipping partners DPD or UPS. Pallet shipments are handled by DHL Freight. Transit time is usually approximately 48 hours.

Within Germany, we deliver free of charge for orders with a net value of €250 or more. For orders below this amount, we charge a net shipping fee of €6.95. Deliveries to German islands are subject to an island surcharge. Please contact us for details.

Shipments outside Germany are made ex works, plus the actual shipping costs incurred.

If you require express delivery, our logistics team will arrange the shipment for you. Express delivery costs are charged regardless of the order value.

Upon request, we will automatically send you the tracking number as soon as your order has been collected by our shipping partner.

Payment options

All prices are net prices and are subject to the applicable VAT and, where applicable, disposal costs.

The following payment methods are available:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, SOFORT bank transfer, PayPal, direct debit and payment in advance.
