Shipping costs and delivery information

We ship your ready-to-ship order with our shipping partners DPD, UPS or DHL Feight if it is pallets. These have a standard delivery time of 48 hours.

Within Germany we deliver free of charge from € 250 net value of goods. Below this value of goods we charge a shipping fee of € 6.50 net. For deliveries to German islands there is an island surcharge. Island surcharge (please inquire).

Deliveries outside Germany will be shipped ex works plus shipping costs at cost price.

If you need an express delivery, our logistics team will preferentially take care of it and organize the shipment. We charge the express costs regardless of the value of goods.

We will be happy to send you the shipment number automatically as soon as your order has been accepted by our shipping partner.

Payment options

All prices are net prices and do not include the current VAT and, if applicable, disposal costs. For payment we offer,
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, SOFORT bank transfer, PayPal, direct debit, prepayment.
